Getting the Christian County list

To claim, file a motion in the foreclosure case asking the circuit court to order the Master Commissioner to pay out the remaining proceeds; the commissioner cannot release money without a court order. Money unclaimed 1 to 5 years after it becomes payable goes to the Kentucky State Treasurer's unclaimed property program (KRS 393A.040).
