Refund policy

Cancel anytime

Pro is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from the link in your billing emails or by writing to hello@surplusfundshq.com. You keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

7-day refund on your first payment

If Pro isn't useful to you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies once per customer.

Renewals

Monthly renewals aren't refunded, except when the law requires it, when you were charged after cancelling, or when the Service was unavailable for a large part of the month. If any of these happened, email us and we'll refund that month.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Our payment provider may process the refund as merchant of record.
