Getting the Frederick County list

Frederick County posts an "Excess Tax Sale Proceeds" PDF on its Tax Sale page (under the Excess Tax Sale Proceeds tab) listing former owners, parcels and sale dates, but not the amounts held, so we can't show the money. Claims go to the Frederick County Treasury Department using its posted procedure. The former owner claims through the county's administrative process (Tax-Property 14-818); anyone else, including a surplus recovery firm, must get an order from the Circuit Court.
